How It Works…

2. My team will review your form, do some quick research and set up a call to come see the property.

3. At the meeting I will walk through the property to determine my offer.

4. If you feel my offer is a WIN/WIN for both parties we can proceed to step 5.

5. Offer will be written in a contract. YOU choose the closing date and lawyer. I’ll cover all closing costs.
